Kurt showed the new guy how to lay down the finish coat "Duggan" style. Peter Duggan (now retired), started a new technique of spraying down the middle of the sheet with the nozzle wide open. We have since COINED the phrase "The Duggan". (of course nobody took photos of Kurt doing the Duggan).
