Grant Parks' Final Shinny Report

The 2013/2014 shinny season has drawn to a close. It has been a fantastic year. 24 children were registered this season and on many nights we had turnouts of 20+. It has been a cold winter and we had 8 outdoor sessions. The ice at the ODR was the best in recent memory… thanks Ice Guys! It is very rewarding to see the kids develop substantially over a 2 month period. Each child made obvious and large improvements in their skating and hockey skills. However, the most important thing is that everyone had a lot of fun!!
